⏰Each module includes pre-recorded content released weekly on Mondays. Weekly time commitment is less than 2 hours per week--some weeks will be lighter than others.

Many of the modules include movement practices that are considered accessible and gentle. Practices include Grief Yoga®, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and mindfulness practices. The practices I offer are focused on grounding you in your present experience, reducing anxiety, improving sleep, releasing tension, and exploring emotional liberation.
