MODULE ONE
Locating Yourself
You can’t heal your limiting beliefs around grief if you don’t know what they are. In this module we’ll set up a new understanding of grief that’s compassionate and empowering, and explore the beliefs that are no longer serving you so you can start to release them.
MODULE TWO
Emotional Literacy
Grief is an intense emotional experience, and understanding how to work with your emotions is critical. In this module you’ll learn awareness practices to understand your emotions, and discover how to work with strong emotions.
MODULE THREE
Listening To Yourself
Learn how to stop beating yourself up for the coping and numbing mechanisms you’ve been using, and how to choose healthier ones. You’ll discover how to listen to yourself so you can give yourself what you *actually* need.
MODULE FOUR
Your Human Instinct
In this module you’ll learn about our biological instinct for movement, breath, and sound, and explore your beliefs around laughter and crying. You’ll activate your creative expression and learn how to unblock what’s been stuck inside you.
MODULE FIVE
Love + Witnessing
Most of us feel *SUPER* uncomfortable being seen in our emotions. In this module you’ll learn the power of being witnessed and how to open up to receive the love that’s all around you, no matter what
MODULE SIX
Connect With Possibility
Believe it or not, there IS life after grief. In this module we’ll gently explore the possibilities that are available to you, and discover how to overcome fear of the future. You’ll learn how to take command of your emotions and direct your grief experience, instead of feeling overwhelmed.
MODULE SEVEN
Rest in Peace
In this module you’ll learn how to release expectations so you can actually let yourself rest. We’ll explore your relationship to sleep, rest, exercise and other self care practices so you learn to make a rest and rejuvenation a part of your everyday life.
MODULE EIGHT
Finding Surrender
The grief experience is something that none of us can control. In this module you’ll discover the power of spiritual surrender, and how to tap into nature to find healing.
MODULE NINE
Cultivating Trust
In this module we''ll explore building trust with ourselves and others. Looking at your beliefs around asking for help and how fear and shame may be entangled in the story. We'll practice resting and releasing.
CLOSING MODULE
Integration
Where do you go from here? My goal with this program is that the tools and resources offered continue to serve you as you move forward on your grief journey. To put that into action, you need a plan. In this closing module you will reflect on how some of these resources can carry on in your daily life or be drawn from later. The module also includes recommended books and resources to continue to deepen your inner work onward.
